About three months ago I was about 185 lbs and I wanted to lose weight.  When I first started my dieting it took me two weeks of cutting carbs (no soda, no pasta, and only bread in the morning.  I also walked a mile and a half two days a week and did about 200 crunches a week as a part of an excercise plan I made for myself.  After two weeks of that I was 178lbs and I still wanted to lose more weight.  That is when I first started using It Works products.

• Fucus Vesiculosus: Studies have shown that Fucus Vesiculosus speeds up the elimination of toxins from cells and is a natural cellular renewal ingredient.
