Anyway, I go to this jewelry party with a friend, not intending to buy anything, but I see this beautiful bracelet with pink stones…just gorgeous. So you put down what you want to buy and at the end, all of a sudden the rep picks up my sheet, and she says very loudly….oh, I see you want this bracelet, it is $459. And if you get this bracelet now, you will get this, and this, and this for only $36. Well, for starters, I was mortified that she had announced out loud what I was spending to everyone there, but it got worse. She then said, well if you spend another $275, then you get can get 3 more things free. I thought what? Spend another $275…is she kidding? No, she was not kidding. I looked at my friend, and said, you know, we are late for the movies….let’s go and I’ll decide later. Decide later means I will never order for me. What gets into people? I was spending $500 that I didn’t have, and you want me to spend more? And the ethics of privacy and just plain manners???
My friend and I left and I exclaimed that I am so glad I sell wraps. It might not be the most glamorous product or high ticket product, but the wraps work, and I don’t have to hard sell. Highest Compensation in Network Marketing.
After being in the network marketing industry, I have looked at numerous compensation plans. The funny thing about getting to the very top of a MLM (multi-level marketing) company and creating the income achieved, is that people constantly try and recruit you into their business. I am always open to seeing what’s out there, if there is something better, I want to see it. It wasn’t until 3 months ago that I saw the most incredible compensation plan in network marketing history.
But first, let’s talk compensation plans. MLM compensation plans come in 4 basic types although many have a combination.
Binary-The first level of this MLM compensation plan has 2 people, hence “bi”nary. Usually these are referred to as “legs” and traditionally you are paid on the lesser of the two. Usually there is no limit in depth but there is a finite cap imposed.
Breakaway- Breakaways are used with Matrix Pay Plans. When a Team member reaches certain qualification they break away from your team and you no longer receive the Matrix Pay out on that team member or anyone in that part of the Matrix (the Break Away). You do however receive a Lump Sum Monthly Commission of the entire Volume of the Break Away Unit.
Matrix-In a matrix MLM compensation plan you are limited to a certain number of people on your first level and you are limited by depth. As an example in a 5×7 matrix you would be allowed 5 people on your first level and they would be allowed to have 5 people o their first level and so on up to 7 levels in depth. After that although the organization may keep growing it would be out of your pay range.
Unilevel- In this plan the 1st level is unlimited is width hence “uni” for one or 1st. This can grow very wide but again is limited by depth. That is what we have is a Unilevel Plan.
Now there are some companies that have bonus programs, so you can get into the money quickly. The compensation plan I am going to show you has a few of these “into the money quickly” bonuses. While the pay plan is important. It clearly is only one part of the company you choose to join. You should look at the whole package, the company, positioning, pay plan, products or services, marketing tools, market size and service value to the market. Wrap Party on Thursday Night

I know it is hard to believe, but I walked by a trade booth in Orlando at the Premiere Spa Show…it said “Lose inches in 45 minutes”. I was like yea right…who are you kidding? Then, in the booth was a former client, who said Nancy you have to try these body wraps. I said, Are you kidding….She said, No really, It works.
She measured me in 3 places above the belly button, at the belly button and 3 inches below the belly button. Then she placed the wrap around my abs and told me to come back in 1 hour. I walked around for an hour checking out other booths and came back for the moment of truth. Now, I was totally skeptical, but she said, some people actually bloat if they are toxic…but almost everyone loses inches. She measured…drum roll 1 ½ inches total loss. This is an organic derivative of seaweed that binds moisture in the epidermis, thus firming and strengthening the skin. It is also known to act as an anti-oxidant to actively prevent the acceleration of premature aging. It is used when a positive effect on the sustaining skin tissue is desired, for reduction and prevention of the effects of coetaneous aging, for destroying free radicals, and for moisturizing.
- Fucus Vesiculosus: Studies have shown that Fucus Vesiculosus speeds up the elimination of toxins from cells and is a natural cellular renewal ingredient. It is derived from the dried Thallus (bulbous root) of Fucus Vesiculosus, a type of seaweed. It is rich in the same vital nutrients, trace elements and amino acids present in human blood plasma, allowing it to penetrate the skin more thoroughly than most other ingredients. It has also been shown to nourish and remineralize the skin. High in silicon, which is believed to keep the skin from wrinkling and sagging, it is used for its anti-inflammatory and revitalizing properties.
